A shooting was reported in downtown Dallas on Monday afternoon, but no injuries were reported.
Police were called to Main and Griffin streets just before 2 p.m. for a report of an active shooter on foot, a police spokesperson stated.
According to authorities, the scene stayed active. No further information were instantly offered.
By 3 p.m., only two units were still at the scene, according to a Dallas police active-calls list.
DART had momentary hold-ups to light-rail service through downtown because of the police activity, and El Centro College put its primary campus and its location at One Main Put on lockdown.
